We may coordinate with other licensed professionals to help ensure your insurance decisions align systematically with your broader financial and estate goals.
Important: New Found Horizon operates as an independent insurance brokerage, not an insurance carrier. We do not underwrite insurance policies, make final underwriting decisions, or guarantee policy approval. All underwriting and policy issuance decisions are made solely by the respective insurance companies.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

3. SMS Messaging Program Terms

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
